Expos In Retrospect

Looking back on the 14 years of the OPI, it has weathered storms while remaining steadfast in its mission. The contributions made to the industry cannot be underestimated. Looking forward to 2024, the road ahead is long, but remembering our history strengthens our resolve to move forward. Here are some representative exhibitions from past years.

2011

On March 4, 2011, the first Wise International Property Show（OPI）was inaugurated at the Shanghai International Convention Center. The exhibition is organized by Shanghai Fumin Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. and is held twice a year.

2013

In 2014, OPI relocated to Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center, with an exhibition area exceeding 5000 square meters. It featured over 150 exhibitors, making it the largest in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, four major exhibition groups from the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore participated in support.

2016

In 2016, OPI returned to the Shanghai International Convention Center, launching an exhibition and conference featuring a seamless integration of online and offline modes. The exhibition area exceeded 10,000 square meters, ranking it at the forefront in the Asia-Pacific region.

2019

OPI moved to the Shanghai Exhibition Center, with an exhibition area exceeding 20,000 square meters. It attracted 300 exhibitors and a staggering 52,189 attendees, resulting in transactions totaling around 3 billion yuan. This solidified its position as the flagship exhibition for the entire industry chain of Asia-Pacific international real estate.
